The roller carriage (heavy load) is part of the LUKAS DUO Traversing Unit. The roller carriage is equipped with lateral guides to enable straight guidance on the bridge. During shifting, integrated sliding plates compensate for the curved movement of the rail vehicles to be tracked in. To ensure optimum stability without canting of the cylinders, LUKAS uses connecting rods and roller carriages with smooth-running rollers mounted on roller bearings.
