Dieses Jahr war für uns alle eine Herausforderung. Covid 19 und die weltweite Pandemie hatten uns fest im Griff. Wir alle mussten uns immer wieder auf neue Situationen einstellen und an verschiedenen Fronten, privat und beruflich, gleichzeitig kämpfen. Die kleinen „Belohnungen“ des Lebens wie Kino, Theater, ins Restaurant gehen oder nur zusammen mit ein paar Freunden gemeinsam essen und feiern, waren von einem Tag auf den anderen plötzlich verboten.

Wir alle haben uns mittlerweile an Hygienevorschriften, Abstandsregeln und die Maskenpflicht gewöhnt. Und inzwischen sehen wir das Licht am Ende des Tunnels, doch der Weg bis dahin ist noch weit. Gemeinsam werden wir die letzten Meter schaffen, da sind wir uns ganz sicher! Das LUKAS TEAM möchte an Weihnachten zurückblicken und versuchen ein positives Resümee zu ziehen, denn in der Krise sind es die kleinen Momente, die uns wiederaufbauen und neuen Glauben an die Zukunft schenken. Wir freuen uns darüber, dass wir alle gedanklich einander näher gerückt sind. Der Blick nach außen wurde wieder mehr nach innen gelenkt und plötzlich rückte die Familie mehr in den Fokus der Aufmerksamkeit.

Das Bewusstsein wie kostbar ein gesundes Leben ist, ist uns allen sehr viel präsenter in diesen Zeiten. Eine neue Achtsamkeit für sich selbst und seine Lieben ist Teil unserer neuen Realität. Das ist etwas Besonderes, worüber wir uns freuen können. Deshalb: Passen Sie gut auf sich auf. Bleiben Sie gesund und verbringen Sie ein besinnliches, glückliches und frohes Weihnachtsfest im Kreise Ihrer Lieben.

This year was a challenge for all of us. Covid 19 and the global pandemic had us firmly in their grip. We all had to constantly adapt to new situations and fight on different fronts, private and professional, at the same time. The small „rewards“ of life such as going to the cinema, the theatre, to a restaurant or just eating and celebrating together with a few friends were suddenly banned from one day to the next. We all got used to hygiene regulations, distance rules and the obligation to wear masks. And we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel, but there is still a long way to go. Together we will make the last few metres, we are sure of that!

The LUKAS TEAM would like to look back at Christmas and try to draw a positive conclusion, because in the crisis it is the small moments that rebuild us and give us new faith in the future. We are happy that our hearts have moved closer together. The gaze outwards was directed more inwards again and suddenly the family became more the focus of attention. The awareness of how precious a healthy life is, is much more present to us all in these times. A new awareness for yourself and for those you love is part of our new reality. This is something special, that we can be happy about. Therefore: Take good care of yourself. Stay healthy and spend a contemplative, happy and joyful Christmas in the company of your loved ones.
