REMOVE REAR SEATS BACK

REMOVE REAR SEATS BACK

Hydraulic spreaders are a great tool for creating internal space. Once a rear hatch is opened/removed, the rear seats can be completely removed to improve access. This will work best where the seats are 60/40 splitting/folding:

Using hydraulic spreaders, insert the tips at the base of the rear seat backs near where the 60/40 seats meet. Open the spreader to expose the retaining mechanisms. The seat backs can now be removed by continuing to spread, cutting or a combination of the two.
