Equipment for rescue heroes.

LUKAS produces its equipment in Germany. And that means from the ground up, not just the final assembly. In Erlangen-Eltersdorf, a highly motivated team passionately produces tools for lifesavers.

In 1972 LUKAS developed the world's first rescue shears. Since then we have continuously driven the progress of rescue equipment forwards with new and further-developed products, in order to make operations even faster and safer! In doing so it is always our objective to ensure that the design of the rescue equipment is as user-friendly and powerful as possible

The star grip control facilitates work in difficult positions without having to twist the wrist. No other control system is so intuitive under stress and sensitive to operate. The clear separation of grip and control enables safe and precise work, and in doing so delivers a real safety benefit for the rescuer and the casualties.

The next generation of rescue equipment is here! With the eDRAULIC series, LUKAS has freed rescue workers throughout the world from power units and hoses. The first fully-fledged electro-hydraulic rescue set delivers the same power in rechargeable battery mode as was previously only available from devices driven by power units.
